Red Zone Report – 6/19/2009
Okay Giants fans, there is some big news for today. So, I was just browsing the new forums that we started, NYSPORTSCRUNCH.com, when all of a sudden, my phone started buzzing. Now, I get Giants reminders every day, and it’s all around the same time too. Here is what the message said:
“1) Giants’ Manning looking for $20 million per season
2) Coughlin tells Giants not to forget 2008 letdown”
Thank you Coughlin! Eli wants $20 million per season? Now, I have been 100% for Eli because of what he has done for us at Super Bowl XLII, but $20 million dollars? He is already the highest paid player in the NFL and he has only proven to us that he is a winner for only one season! I was personally very shocked to hear this in the news so I want to open this up for discussion.
